What we do

Schools Supported was founded in 2022 to help schools serve the staff and students who need them most. In a period of significant change in education where children and staff are readjusting to a post-pandemic education and Education, Health and Care services are stretched, Headteachers and their staff deserve genuine, fast support from people who will listen first.

We work with experience, evidence and your existing systems to make sure our bespoke packages meet your needs and budget.

We specialise in:

  • Training for TAs and other support staff
  • Supervision for Pastoral leaders, DSLs and SENDCos
  • No-threat, full Safeguarding audits in line with your local thresholds and contextual safeguarding.
  • Whole school development and review for Special Educational Needs in mainstream schools.
  • Supporting curriculum review for inclusion including pastoral and extra-curricular provision.

Safeguarding consultancy

“Laura carried out a full safeguarding audit over two days for our large and diverse secondary school. She worked effectively with key members of staff in order to produce a detailed and comprehensive report, outlining areas of strength and for development. Throughout the process, Laura was highly professional; staff felt supported, listened to and were offered a good opportunity for self-reflection and development. Laura has a high level of expertise and her feedback was honest, concise and hugely valuable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Laura to anyone seeking a similar service.”
